Condado de Alhama

Condado de Alhama, the prestige project from Polaris World and by far their biggest resort. The unique development spreads around three NICKLAUS designed 18 hole golf courses, one of them is a 96 hectar Signature course. Not less than 19,200 dwellings will go up on 9 million sqm which will form the biggest residential complex in the whole south of Spain.

Condado de Alhama consists of a group of resorts each one with its own identity and its own local leisure and commercial centre. Apart from those 5 sub centres the whole development will have a big town centre named “Oasis” open to the public. This lively heart of Condado de Alhama is built in a moorish arabian style of architecture which gives the impression of buildings floating on small islands in a world of water: lakes, canals and fountains will be the dominating feature.

Again Polaris World leaves the planning in hands of experts. The landscaping is done by EDSA and ARCADIA , hotels are INTERCONTINENTAL and services on site will cover all customer needs. Sports areas will provide professional installations for football, tennis, paddle, basketball as well as gym and fitness centre and spa. The service installations embrace medical treatment, beauty salon, kindergarden and school, catering and laundry service, rent a car etc. All this of course apart from the usual shops, restaurants, pubs, hairdressers, chemists etc.

Condado de Alhama is located between Alhama de Murcia and Mazarron and will be very well connected once the new international airport of Murcia in nearby village of Corvera and the extension of the motorway network in Murcia Region is completed. The fantastic beaches of Mazarrón are only a 10 minute drive away.

The released resorts within Condado de Alhama so far are Cortijos de Alhama (big villas), Naranjos de Alhama (apartments and small villas) and Jardines de Alhama (apartments).
